How long will it take for me to receive my purchase?
Some items will have a timeframe of when they will be shipped out in their description. However, since every item is handmade and we have a very small staff, it is possible you may not receive your item for 3-4 weeks. You can always check in on your processing time by DM on Instagram.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
For an exchange, we ask that you contact us and send back the original item. It is up to you to pay for the return label. Once we receive the original item, we will send you the correct item/size/etc.
For a return, contact us and return the item within 30 days of receiving the item. (Item must be unworn) Once we receive the item, we’ll refund you the cost of the clothing item.
